Krishna Verma is the founder of Verma and Associates Realty, one of the most innovative residential real estate brokerage firms in Northwest Arkansas. Originally from Bombay, India, Verma is the only Indian broker in the region. She began investing in real estate in 2012 and quickly established her business to provide a range of services from residential property management, development marketing, relocation, and advisory services.
A former data analyst for Walmart, Verma used her talents to create a firm that combines strategy, empathy, and ethics to provide the best services for her clients. In the 6 years since being established, Verma and Associates has reached more than 46 million in sales.
Verma is a highly energetic and creative entrepreneur who has focused on implementing her vision for a real estate company in which both the broker and client experience the highest level of service and support. She takes an active role in all facets of her clients’ projects, including marketing, sales, and negotiations.
She recalls an experience with her very first tenant who asked for assistance purchasing a house, “the satisfaction I felt knowing that I helped someone achieve their dream of home ownership is what has driven my motivation in this industry.”
Verma and Associates support a number of charitable and civic organizations throughout the region.
Past and present beneficiaries include: Cricket for America, ACE Batting Sports, Thaden School, Ra-ve Cultural Foundation, as well as a host of community festivals and activities. She is also a member of the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Jayesh Ramnani is the heart and soul of the development and design wing of Verma and Associates.
His first passion is desgning homes plans. He has a keen eye for luxury and especially in smaller sqfts. His exquisite taste in colors can leave the best desginers behind.
With over 10 yrs of experience in investments and property management,he still follows his heart and holds a managerial postion at Wal-Mart.
He is known for his calm and friendly personality. He makes your house hunting easy and light as feather.
Erin Lane handles the Property Management wing at Verma and Associates team. He ensures our tenants and clients have a smooth experience.
He comes to Verma and Associates with a vast experience with Hotel Industry When not working, you can find him spending time with his dog Hob.
With an impressive portfolio managing over 85 properties and a specialization in working with investors, Manvi Huyen is an integral part of our team at Verm and Associates.
